on and on it goes

base stitching on autoquiltography one continues. thought i’d be anxious to be moving to the next phase now, ready to move forward and get this annunciated image stitched into existence . . . but not so much. will be glad when i’m to the hand-sewing stage for reasons of portability: won’t lose work time during travel. me, i see the project in its entirety when it’s complete. i see the image i’ve carried around for so many years, and i know what it speaks to me. afraid, though, that all this base stitching just makes for rather uninteresting, repetitive blog entries. thanks for your tenacious patience. will try to make it all eventually worthwhile.

    i will be getting to the boring part of FEVER soon too. quilting the center before adding more borders. ah what can you do?

    Seeing so clearly the images that have been internalized for longer periods of time – yes. That is its own state of consciousness that has good points and drawbacks – part of so many creation’s back story. I wrote about The Renaissance Soul today on my many blog. Can’t thank you enough for that recommendation as it’s helping me more pro-active right now than I might be, otherwise.

    crap I only noticed the typos after it was posted. Of course I meant my main blog. And put the apostrophe in the wrong place on creations’. Small stuff that shouldn’t be sweated and yet I do …
